Salon Policy

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy- 

48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If cancel or reschedule with in 48 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the booked services to be added to the next appointment.

For Late arrival- 

I understand that situations arise from time to time that may keep a scheduled appointment from beginning on time. Depending on the circumstances, I may not be able to accommodate a late arrival and the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and it will be subject to the cancellation fee. 


**In cases of inclement weather, Covid related symptoms. Appointments are not subject to a cancellation fee. Please notify me as early as possible if you think you will be affected by the weather or sickness. (rescheduling time that effected by Covid will followed by the CDC recommendation)


Refund Policy- 

At KW hair studio, I Do Not offer refunds on services provided, however Clients satisfaction is the utmost importance to me. if you are unsatisfied with your service, Please notify me within 7 days of your appointment. You will be invite back to the salon for a consultation to determine what is the best course of action. After 7 days from the date of the appointment the refund policy is null.


*Extension hair is not refundable once is being install or color to match your hair. 

** For Hair Extension services. Any alteration or take it off at home by yourself without my assessment will forfeit any re-do. 

Covid Policy

  • All clients are required to wear face mask, if you are receiving color services please wear disposable mask as color will get on the mask.

  • If you have been expose with covid-19, we will be reschedule you after 14days, and a prove of negative result had been provided.

  • If you are showing any of covid related symptoms please reschedule.

  • Please come to your appointment by yourself, there will be no waiting area available, unless you have appointment with one of your family member at the same time.

  • Between clients I'm keeping additional 10-15 mins for disinfect and sanitizing the studio - I disinfected the studio with hospital grade cleaner. **                    (please be on time, so I can be on time for others)

  • you will be asking to wash your hand upon arrival, hand sanitizer are available. 

  • No magazine will be provide this time, please bring your own reading material for long appointment. 

         ** In the light of the Covid-19, the cancellation policy will not be applied for suspicion of contacting covid.
